Asolvi are Europe’s leading provider of industry specific field service management solutions. Designed to improve consistency, reduce time and increase visibility, Asolvi software is utilised by over 1400 businesses across Europe. This number is ever expanding as the Asolvi business model see’s the business acquire smaller, growing organisations in order to facilitate their own growth.
We were introduced to Asolvi through our on-going collaboration with Omnis Intelligence. With OI working hard to manage, organise and plan on-going marketing communications, we were briefed with rebranding the business to incorporate the new business acquisitions, whilst providing a base on which to build a new website and outbound communications. Taking the existing branding and developing it to expand opportunities, these developments should be carried into all digital and print collateral, to aid in developing Asolvi as the major player in software as a service solution sector.
Asolvi have been slowly saturating themselves into a number of different business sectors. As a result of this, their brand colours and logo design have already gained traction albeit not to its fullest potential. Because of this, the decision was made to modify the existing presence, over rebranding the business in its entirety. With the current product range, consisting of multiple brands, acquired over multiple years and left in their original form. Having modified the brand colour scheme to introduce complimentary but contrasting feature colours, we carried the brand through to the existing product range through the use of font. Optimising the feature letters (A & V) from the original Asolvi brand, we are able to create a range of unique product logos, carrying a form and style that makes them instantly recognisable as part of the Asolvi range. These were then catalogued in a set of brand guidelines to ensure the correct and consistent usage of the brand by all members of staff and media.
Having established the new brand guidelines, the next task was to carry these forwards into the new website design. Using images, colour and modular layouts not only allowed us to provide flexibility to the design, but also add emphasis and attention to sales led elements of the platform – transforming the site from its original blog like standing to a fully functioning sales tool. Making information easily accessible, readable in layman’s terms and a clean and friendly interface, opens up the market, catering for anyone in the relevant industries, no matter how experienced. This method not only makes data more digestible, but also highlights Asolvi’s mission statement of providing software solutions for all.
With the website considered the key marketing tool for all future materials, nailing this design and layout allows us to carry the methodology into other marketing projects. Taking styling from the website, we are able to create streamlined email communications that are instantly recognisable to the Asolvi brand. This allows us to build trust with our prospect pools and customers alike and builds brand recognition as more and more communications are sent.
With print being a lot more flexible than digital, we are able to further develop the brand with a series of different print publications that showcase the Asolvi product range. Ranging from business staples in the form of stationary, documentation, letters and roller banners, through to more expansive pieces in the form of brochures, leaflets and flyers. This flexibility allows us to carry the brand across a wide range of materials for all sorts of intended purposes. Smaller, more precise copy makes excellent handout material at conferences and networking events. Brochures and leaflets, meanwhile, provide an excellent follow up opportunity for engaged prospects, filling in the details for any questions they may have and really hammering home the importance of the Asolvi product range on their business.
The new site design allows for flexibility as new acquisitions join the business. With ease new products can be added to the marketing materials and website, allowing for next to zero downtime and again aiding in building trust with new customers to the Asolvi brand.
Asolvi are growing from strength to strength, expanding from single yearly acquisitions to multiple business acquisitions per year. As brand recognition grows, these purchases become heavily supported, smoothing over any transition period that can cause a dip in sales during transactions.
